I just got done with 4 weeks beast, 4 weeks pct (sustain + forged post cycle). I'm a week off of pct and I'm actually smaller than I was before I started the cycle. I've been eating a ton and taking creatine + NO.

This is frustrating.

the only way to lose size is by not eating enough or not training right. the diet part being the biggest.

did you follow a longer harder routine while on cycle? Mabe cut back a little on the training if you say you're eating a ton and loosing weight. Do you feel overtrained?

diet had to be off for you to get smaller during the cycle.

it is most likely a diet issue, but it doesnt always have to be. over training, undertraining, losing water retention, poor recovery do to lack of sleap or being sick, ect can all shrink the muscles pretty bad.

did you start shrinking right away or was it during your pct?

I was actually ok during pct. Lost a little but still retained most of my gains. It was after pct was over that I began to lose more. I'm thinking maybe lack of sleep. Been staying up studying. I'm trying to eat even more and cheating with fattening foods. I'm also training 6 days a week. I thought that I'm suppose to train harder after cycle? I plan to take 4 weeks off after pct before my next cycle. Which will be beastdrol + dieselbolan

do not train harder. eat to keep a high energy level. get rest.

sounds like you over did it after pct and your body went into survival/eat your muscles mode. Dont train harder per say train the same as being on cycle when your off.

After your cycle and PCT, I take a full week off. Seven days of no lifting, eating at or just above maintenance and lots and lots of rest. You should actually grow during your week off too. Take a break bro, you sound like you've been going too hard.

I don't go by the scale that often unless i am doing a log on here. I can put on about 10 lbs in a few hours, depending on food, water, and salt intake. I can wake up in the morning on an empty stomach and weigh 218lbs; start drinking my gallon of water and go eat a boatload of sushi with soy sauce, come home and i'm about 227/228lbs. Doesn't mean I have any more or less muscle/fat, and conversely when I wake up the following morning and I'm back to 218lbs it doesn't mean I lost any muscle or fat.

Don't stress too much about it bro. I don't see any hard numbers in this post, how much weight you talking here?

bamb problem number #1 good friend. When going into pct and off cycle bro you want to go back to the most basic training split and stick to the core. Nothing fancy till you are completely in the clear.

Thx for the replies guys. Yea I was probably over training. I just have he mentality that I always have to lift as much as possible. I will ease it up and continue to eat good. I'm a smaller guy 5'7" 160lb ish so when i drop weight it's really noticeable. And Im too dependent on scales.

are you really smaller......or do you just perceive yourself as being smaller?

after my second cycle i was convinced i had gained nothing...until peeps who hadn't seen me for 6 months told me differently.

how bout posting up some "before" and "after" pics for us here?
