What did i do to my shoulder?

Bros, i hurt my shoulder early last week. I skipped my shoulder workout at the end of last week cause i didn't wan't to aggravate it. Today during my chest workout i made it through: dumbell bench, forward dips and incline bench. When i got to pec dec i started experiencing the pain again. It's on the inside, the attachment area between the pec and bi. Any ideas or advice? I've been taking motrin and putting myoflex on there. It doesn't hurt all them time just every once in awhile and then of course in the gym.
 
It could be a rotator cuff injury? Is it right at the joint? I would make an appt. with the doc to check it out, rotator cuff injuries are no joke and can be VERY serious!

It sound like its below you rotator cuff from the way you are describing it. Is it a sharp pain or dull, throbbing? How is your range of motion. I had shoulder tendonitis that hurt like hell, and they always though I had a torn rotator, but I didn't.
 
oh another thing that may make a difference, i'm on my 6th week of winny. i've heard stories about shoulder problems with bros' on winny in the later stage of their cycles. i heard it subsides after u get off. i'm only going one more week so i guess we'll see if that's the case in my situation.
 
same happened to me with winstrol, except i was taking 700mg/week total.
how much are you using?
 
Could be biceps tendon impingement. Is it real painful when you do front raises or incline presses? Is the pain sharp at first then dull for the rest of the day? I would take a month off from chest exercises and things like pull/chin-ups and start doing rotator cuff exercises 3x week followed by ice and 800mgs of ibuprophen every 4 hours see if it heals on its own, if it doesn't then something is wrong and an MRI will be ordered by your ortho.

DONT KEEP WORKING OUT (that area) I had the same problem and ended up having to have arthoscopic surgery because I kept working out.
 
My right shoulder is injured too. Think I injured it in a dance rehearsal. Some moves that we do on the floor. I started taking Therajoint by ISS Research (Chrondolin Sulfate and Glucosamine) which is for joints, cartilage and connective tissue. It works for me. I think seeing a physician first is always a good idea. Good luck.

first off, i would recomend using barbells instead of DB because it puts less pressure on your sholder, especially during chest and shoulde exercises.:mad:
This same shit happend to me the first day i started my winny cycle. but since then, i've been taking Chrondolin Sulfate and Glucosamine (whichever brand, it doesn't matter), and it's really helped out a lot (knock on wood). my joints feel stronger and i'm having a wider range of motion during my lifts (oh i dislocated my shoulder 3X in the last year, so it can't be worse than mine)...

this is a temporary solution, I REALLY REALLY ADVICE YOU TO TAKE IT EASY ON YOUR SHOULDER, it is the worse injury for a bodybuilder.... alright bro, good luck... take it easy:rolleyes: :mad: :mad: :mix: :mad:
 
Just go to a sports medicine doc that's not going to bullshit you and tell you to take a month off. Find out what's wrong then plan from there bro. PEACE
