Bros, i hurt my shoulder early last week. I skipped my shoulder workout at the end of last week cause i didn't wan't to aggravate it. Today during my chest workout i made it through: dumbell bench, forward dips and incline bench. When i got to pec dec i started experiencing the pain again. It's on the inside, the attachment area between the pec and bi. Any ideas or advice? I've been taking motrin and putting myoflex on there. It doesn't hurt all them time just every once in awhile and then of course in the gym.
