what did arnold take?

I was wondering this today. Did arnold just take dbol and deca ? Back in those days. Or Test and Dbol? I hate the way kutler and coleman look I would want to
know what those guys mostly used. I don't want to look like a balloon lol
 
d-bol and winny? you are goin gto hear many different things on what he took. I'd like to know too.
 
I agree with you though, I miss the asthetic physiques of the 60s and 70s bodybuilders, myself I would never want to attain the enhanced bulk of the pro bodybuilders of today, even though I know I am not capable of it, some people amaze me though, putting on all of this muscle for no reason but to look good or feel strong, all of that mass is pretty much useless in todays world (SPARK REPLIES)
 
Bro, I wouldn't worry too much about looking like Cutler or Coleman regardless of the gear you use. Those guys are freaks genetically.Your shape is going to be determined alot more by your diet and gentics than what you shoot up. Gear sure helps though - I frickin' love gear!

AGAIN?!?! Well, yeah, it isn't so much what was used but what WASN'T used. And the dosages.

Okay, for the 27526293900000 millionth time. It's been determined (more or less) that prior to a competition Arnold used 100mgs of primmo and 50 mgs of dboll a day. A LOT by the standards of the day.
 
uh...Nelson....The number you posted is way more than a milliom you may wanna edit that. Im kidding
 
Arnold was also very prone to exagguration and/or lying about just about everything he did in terms of Bodybuilding. Most of the time, it was with the objective of out-psyching his opponents. Similar to how Ronnie released pre-olympia videos the last few years to show hic competitors just what they were up against and how late it was for them to do anything about it.

I enjoy some of his motivational interviews where he talks about psyching himself up for training and being committed, but do I believe a word he says about diet, training, or gear - Not one jot! If you were to carry out some of his suggested training programs, you'd be lucky to get out of the gym before 2 hours!

I have done his workouts and although they may be long they work to perfection, the ultimate bodybuilding workout to be honest. One must be committed though

Should he have used Dermacrine Sustain too? hehe actually looking into a bottle myself now that my other spray that I need not mention on here is running out...its a little pricey though bro, and discount codes? and when using it for PCT with hcg can you drop clomid thats what im using now but i hear its toxic? are there long term effects of using clomid for a few weeks:?
 
hanibal dont be so dum about things I know people who have met him before and actually talked with him. It's possible a vet here could have new him or had a chance to workout with him back in the day who knows.

You got the wrong guy. Dermacrine isn't my PC product "POST-CYCLE" is. And I hate clomid and would never recommend it to anyone.

The Wikapedia is a lot of speculation. Testosterone was not a commonly used steroid in the 60's and 70's. The Steroid.com site got it right but I think they were making up those dosages. 100 mgs of dboll a day and no anti-e's would surely cause gyno.

Again, no one knows for sure but I know enough people who were close enough to Arnold that the information is at least in the ballpark. What anyone does behind closed doors is unceratin but it should be repeated to newbies that Arnold was a genetic freak who responded incredably to steroids.
 
i have read the primo and dbol but at huges doses.
there was an unauthorized biography of arnold, forget the name, it was by some chick back in the 70's and she said that he took dbol by the handful throughout the day, along with other drugs.
i find it hard to beleive that arnie only took 50mg dbol a day even if he was a genetic freak, you dont get that big on 50mg dbol a day.
no offense to anyone but it just aint gonna happen.
