what clubs/beaches are good on the jersey shore?

what clubs and beaches are good along the jersey shore? and what towns are they located in? the beaches in my state are pathetic and i'm trying to round up a few girlfriends for a long weekend and a change of scenery.

A beach in Jersey???

The only area I can think of that do not have garbage/syringes/hobos all over it are in and around Cape May.

But there is no club scene out there.

wow...i didn't realize jersey beaches were that bad. whats good around the northeast then...long island? newport?

In NJ I went to point pleasant once, it was not bad.

I have relatives on long beach and lido beach in NY, much nicer.

If you're near CT, go to Mystic or Martha's Vineyard.

Maybe even to Westerly RI, a beach called Misquamicutt Beach.

misquamicutt...yeah, i used to go there all the time a few years back. kinda forgot about that place...i thought i heard from someone that atlantis shut down? might be worth checking out again anyway though.

Atlanitc was shut down years ago.

But the mob opened a new joint in it's place. I believe Friday nights are still reggae night too.

I used to work at the beach resort right next to Atlantis as a kid.
