What changes for 2005? What will you make happen?

I'm planning to revamp my whole workout routine since I'm taking 9 months off of school. My little sister really wants to train with me again but she doesn't like to go to the gym until 7:30pm and I prefer to go at either 5:30am or 4ish pm. We'll see.

Other than that, my plan for this year is to just take the time to enjoy everything and everyone in my life. My school program for fall 05 will be the beginning of real hell for me so I'm going love life up until that starts. We're also planning to get a puppy later this winter.

Will I win? will I lose? Both, of course. Both a heart in pain and extreme joy have come out of it already. I am already a much better man for having not given in to waiting: waiting for life to to come to me. By virtue of realizing that I am worth the risk, I am excited about my future. That alone makes the risk worth taking.

What changes does 2005 bring you? What have YOU decided to do?

Very wise statement. You have to go after what you want out of life and not wait for it to come to you. Hope you get everything you dream of!

2004 is ending rocky and 2005 will start that way. Haven't yet decided what to do in 2005 and what changes I will make. So far, I know it will be a time of great introspection.

2005 will bring many things both challenging and dream come true things. After my heart scare a couple months ago and being told that I was obese, I decided that now is the time to get my mind and body back on track. It's finally time to kick the alcohol and achieve what I have always wanted ie: 9% BF. I've always been chunky but I have gained over 50lbs in the passed year to year and a half which caused all kinds of stretch marks and high blood pressure.

I am also getting married in May so I need to be looking my best. I doubt I'll be able to lose 50lbs in 5 months so I'm just gonna see how much I can lose to look presentable.

My mustang should arrive sometime in February which has been my dream before I could even drive.

I also would like to push my fiance into starting her own salon. We have a financial backer it's just that a lot of resonsibility for two people that have no business experience.

Hopefully at least one of these will become a reality.

I will be starting a new life in 2005. Quiting my job of 18 years, selling my house and starting all over in a new city to be with my child.

Don't know where I will live, don't know what I will do, only know a couple of people in the city, but I am excited about what lies ahead.

I don't kid myself and say it will be easy, I am going to have a big fight to be a part of my childs life and I will do everything needed to see him/her, but there will always be more positives then negatives.

Bodywise I am going to continue to keep working hard and getting closer to my goal.

2004 was a rocky year, 2005 is going to be a great one for me.

I am going to focus more on work and family and little less on motocycles and rallys. I am also considering quitting smoking on the 1st too.

Push life a little more, Natural Highs, Add a lean 20lbs, Enjoy what I have! Skydive anyone?

hmm,

my biggest goals I'd say, are to start being healthy again, going to the gym regularly, eating healthy, and all that good stuff. (Since this last year I kinda took a break)

And also, to get some kind of social life, and find friends at my college with likewise interests, if at all possible.
