I always thought soy intake raised estrogen levels. If that's true I'd rather sweat me thinks. I never get night sweats, but my old gf that used light amounts used to get them really bad.
I think the elevated body temps most of us get is from a number of lifestyle factors that increase our metabolism including but not limited to gear, tanning, diet(eating meals w/ protien/carbs at regular intervals), and thermogenic supplements. Carbs make you warm. If I eat low carbs, after a day or so I don't sweat like I normally do. Sometimes my hands and feet get cold on low carbs-especially when I'm trying to sleep after 24+ hrs of low carbs.
