Buy a F-body..... not a pinto!

That's not a fair comparison...Those Mustangs were made in a time when there was a gas crunch. People weren' t interested in looks or performance. This was a bad time for all cars. You show me another car that is as revered as the Mustang and has stood up to the test of time. These models were here just to keep the car around for those years. They are pretty ugly but some of those F-bodies are pretty ugly too!

Dollar for dollar, the Chevrolet Corvette is the best sportscar on the market. How many cars do you know of that can do 0-60 in under five seconds and get 27 mpg on the highway?

If I were going for sheer style combined with good performance, i'd go with the M3. They are VERY hard to come by in most parts of the country, and they go for about $10,000 ABOVE manufacturer's suggested retail price.
