Hi guys, I have been trolling these boards for a while asking questions and making sure I understand what I am doing for my next cycle. My goal is to gain 20 pounds lean muscle and hopefully shred som fat while at it. I am going to focus my diet around lean protein and carbs only after working out, following the Animalobolics diet to a T. (Have had great results with that before.)
For working out I will follow a HST 2 split program, working out 5-6 days a week. Split into upper and lower body. Have had amazing results using this workout routine while clean, even tho I have not trained that often, max 4 days a week. Thinking that with gear I will be able to work out more.
I am 35 years old, 6'3 tall and I currently today weigh in at 236 pounds with a bf of 14%.
Week 1-10: 250mg Test Cyp x 2 a week, monday and thursday. First week, I will frontload 500mg on first injection and continue to do that every 3 weeks.
Week 1-4: 20mg Dianabol ED, taken all at once 2 hours before my workout.
Week 6-12: 50mg Winstrol ED (was concidering increasing to 100mg, but after reading about sides and listening to recomandations, i decided to stick to 50mg)
Week 1-12: 250iu of HCG twice a week, monday and thursday.
Week 1-12: 0.25mg Arimidex E3D
Week 1-12: 10mg Nolvadex ED
Week 1-14: 1500mg Milk Thistle/Silymarin/silybum marianum
12-16: 20mg Aromasin ED
12-14: 250iu HCG ED
12-13: 40mg Nolvadex ED
13-16: 20mg Nolvadex ED
12-14: 20/20/40/40/60/60/80/80/100/100/120/120/120/120 mcg Clenbuterol
16-18: Clenbuterol again, as above.
10-18: 1g Taurin ED
12-18: Natural test/HGH boosters: Tribulus, Zeus, Hydroxyisoflavone, Ecdysterone, PowerFULL, ProHGH, Glycorell R.
I feel very secure that the setup will result in a not so bloated experience, good clean gains, and less risk of sides.
Do you guys think that my goal is achievable? Ending up at around 245 pounds with a BF of 10% or less?
