IF ANYONE CAN GIVE ME SOME ADVISE, AS U MIGHT ALREADY KNOW "I WANNA GET BIG". I AM 5'5 181 POUNDS 32 YRS OLD WITH A GUT. I AM HOPING TO GET TO A SOLID 200 POUNDS AND I WOULD LIKE TO DO IT BY THIS SUMMER. OR MAYBE I AM SHOOTING TO HIGH. ANY ADVICE ON DIETING AND A LIFTING PROGRAM. OHHHH AND ANOTHER THING I WORK 11 HR NIGHTS 4 DAYS A WEEK WITH 4 DAYS OFF

A solid 200lbs for 5' 5" will be a tall order (sorry). I'd start by losing the gut. That means start on a good diet asap. Your work schedule will make constistant lifting difficult, but not impossible.
 
I agree with gymtime, 5'5 200lbs is pushing it...by the summer anyway. First off, lose the gut, and start working on a cardio, training, diet program.

start by dropping some bodyfat,when you say gut....what bodyfat are you?rip down,then go up in weight by eating right.you can eat right and gain...........
