What can I do to get defined abs?

What are your guys tips? I workout 6 days a week, I'm 200 pounds at 6 foot. I'm guessing around 14 to 15% bodyfat but no matter what I do I can't get any ab definition... anyone else have a problem getting the BF low enough to get abs?
 
Well, since you didnt mention anything about your eating habits, I would imagine that to be the problem. Include your age, body type, diet and I am sure everyone can help you. Cardio and diet period. I am always working on my 15% bf and have had it at 9% before. I am older now and it is more difficult for me but I find my diet must be in check to lose the extra lbs.

Everything above is correct. Your diet is what is holding you back! You must eat properly and not cheat! Abs don't come around easy.. they are a trophy for the hard workers. I am 31 at about 9% bf... I don't do much cardio either. I eat pretty damn clean though. Eat clean and you will get them. Its funny... once you have abs all that shitty tasting healthy food doesn't seem so bad... especially when all the ladies want to touch/see you abs! LOL... its true... they ask all the time once one finds out... the word spreads like wild fire!!!

like what they said except use ACTUAL dumbells to do ab work. they build amazing abs. use dumbells to do seated kneeups, leg raises. also you can do cable crunches.
 
it is 95 percent diet, but training abs would help, if you want big abs that is. if you just wanna see them, then it is almost all diet.
