Should have thought about your goals sooner most people would have said start your first 4 weeks with D-bol

It's my first cycle. testing the waters. learning as i go along.the results are BOM. So whatever i gain is more than i had before.

Is this your first cycle?

Were you born in 1966?


Are you taking an Anti-E?

Have you planed your PCT?

How is your diet, Training, Rest, etcccc……………


At about week 5 is when you start to feel Test E, week 7 will be more pronounced.


Anyway if the answer to the first two questions is yes, don’t add anything,

If the answer to question 3 & 4 is no, then add that, pronto!





1966, I was driving a light blue Malibu super sport with a 327, 3-2’s, 4 speed, am radio, red line tires of course, and I think it had seat belts, don’t remember.

It was hot,,,,,,,

And white vinyl seats. Too cool

all depends on how long the cycle will be for...if he has 12+ weeks left, then it would be fine..my .02 worth. By the way I see you havent become any less of an asshole.
 
Hey bro,

Like solidspine said hang in there with Test E; you are only in week 4, it should start kicking soon & will be a nice ride. Instead of adding another compound, just make sure your training, recovery & diet is spot on. Those three factors are more important than adding an oral or another substance. If you can't grow on 500mg of Test you 1st go round then your training, diet, etc. is off.

& come on bro's like none of you messed up your first cycle...we are only constantly learning so ease back...must be that everyone is grumpy after the long weekend
