What body part is the toughest?

What part of the body part is genetically most commonly predisposed to being difficult to develop(amongst the population in gerneral)? in other words what is most commonly small on people? I would guess that calves are the default answer so maybe lets exclude calves.
 
Commonly small (relatively) = quads/hams. Average Joe Schmo neglects legs.

Most difficult to develop (besides calves) = Purely genetic - some pecs, some bi's, some shoulders etc... I'd say they are all even just person to person.
 
pecs for me no doubt. Tough question really , we are all genetically different. My legs get very little work but are probably my best bodypart. My partner cannot grow legs on any routine. My pecs are the size of a 6yr old prepubesent girl. :p
 
I'd have to agree legs,Even for me I'll do my one day per week to keep the Test flowing with squats and shit but I never hit them as hard as my upper body
 
well my arms generall suck compared to the rest of my body....but my calves are fucking huge and i hardly train them like i should....i get em from my momma....she got bodybuilder calves like hell!!!
 
i would say my upper chest. Answers will vary from person to person as we are all predisposed to a certain genetic makeup.
 
I have descent legs all my life and never train them,maybe once a month,but I do one hour on the eliptical a day so I guess thats why they grow.

I'm the same,i have good lower body genetics,i make a point not to train my leg's so i don't look funny cause my bicepts hate to grow.

I think that is individual. I myself have very good calves naturally.

I would think abs. Some people are genetically gifted, others struggle to see a 4 pak

lol we must have same genes,my bicepts really hate to grow,Ive had to kill them constantly to get them to look normal lol.

My genetics are great for getting big but that can also mean fat. I have naturally big leg's,forearms and shoulder's but my bicept's don't grow for shit. It does seem that we have very similar genetics but i'm 6' and if i remember correctly your shorter.
 
interesting thread really. I think you should relist it as a poll. I would have guessed chest or calves but it does seem some bros on here have some big legs. I still say chest is toughest overall but it is a tough question. I see a lot of guys in the gym with huge shoulders, back, arms, and upper legs. Lots of little chests and calves though. I can kill chest and no good. Arms grow like crazy and front and medial delts too. Rear delts are bad, I have that rounded forward look and if I slack on rear delts at all, they disappear like a magician. Could be worse !
 
I guess the pecs,specially the upper part wich is for me a problem area.
As for calves,either you have them or you dont...I have naturally good calves.

are you kidding... i've tried all sorts of isolation exercises and compound exercises and my dick just won't grow a millimetre :p
but seriously, i used to think my pecs were stubborn... now, i bench more weight and more times a week and i don't think so anymore :Chef:
