What BF% would you start a bulk at?

In my case 10 to 12 is where I would start and I won't go above 14 or 15. I have no reason to go below 10% so that's the least fat anyones ever going to see me and 15% will get me a belly but durning the winter I don't care that much.
 
yea to me its alot to do with your will power. If you are strong enough mentally it doesnt matter really, just know what your goal is and outline a plan to get there..my personal plan is worry about weight and maintain my % under 15 and once I get up to about 210, I will cut back down to 11%, then after that I will bulk back up to about 225 and stay under 15% again...then cut down to 11% again, in the end I want to be 220 at 8-9% and then maintain that...got a long way to go, but when I started a 10 months ago, i was 178 at about 16%, bulked up to about 203 at18%, then cut down to 193 at 11.6%, and currently at 205 at 13% so almost done with bulking and then I will do a lil cut phase again!!

Bf%.................doesnt matter ( as long as your diet is clean) monitor your lbm and when it is where you want it then cut the fat. That way your only cutting once. Enstead of bulkin up then cutting then bulking then cutting back and forth like that because everytime you cut you will loose some muscle mass so just do it one time.
WHo cares if you get a food belly if you have 20 inch arms and more muscle then anyone else in the gym..........are you listening kurz??
 
Just an FYI, it's pretty hard to monitor your lbm without knowing your bf%.......I'm listening loud and clear and I'm on my way........up 7lbs and abs are fading, all with just uping m cals 3 fold and keeping cardio...........
 
Im not sayin dont monitor it Im sayin dont let it dictate whether or not you bulk or cut.So your gaining?? Have you gone on cycle yet?
