What Bench shirt is the best?????

thats why i dont like denim, bringing the bar down that low kills my shoulders and feels unnatural to me

Kills your shoulders by decreasing the amount of shoulder rotation involved??!

The higher your bring the bar the more your shoulders have to rotate...

What is the grove like on the Fury? What are the gains from a Fury? Also, what about the Inzer Phenom.

Fury has a low groove, almost as low as a denim. I have one workout partner getting 100 lbs assistance from it. I think its the best poly out there.

Phenoms are ok, but very uncomfortable, and not very reliable. If you get one, pay a little extra and get the superneck option, otherwise they rip very easy. I have seen at least 20 phenoms rip down the front in the last year.

See, the groove on my Fury was higher than my denim, but I managed to work it down low to accomodate my benching style.

The problem was, I got no pop out of the bottom with the shirt setup like that, and all I ever got good at was dumping the weight.

What do you think of standard blast from inzer for a first time shirt user?

Absolute junk. If you want a basic shirt, get a Fury or an EHPHD. The lower blast shirts are crap, and in 3 weeks you will be wishing you had bought something better.

Sounds like you may have been a little too low, or your elbows were out of position at the bottom. The Fury does drive you towards you face, so you have to have good bar control.
