I know diet is important and training hard for atleat 5 years, should be in check before you juice it.

But ive seen BF % is a important issue too.
What bodyfat % do you think a person should be before they consider juice.

Take any thing I say about juice with a grain of salt... I've only done one cycle. There are many more experienced guys.

I cut down to the 12-14 range before cycle because I knew I would add some fat from bulk eating. I also trained for 30 years and had hit a plateau and was feeling a little decline in some respects - energy and recovery- as I got older. I started my cycle at around 223 or so and went to 248 on cylce. Done PCT now and holding around 238-239 at 15% and change. I use a hand held tester... not completely accurate. Will cycle again this winter after I cut down another 4-5 pounds.

My feeling is if you are going to know your body and be able to maximize results you should be below 10%.
You have to realize my background come from bbing.
If you are competing in powerlifting that is a different story.
For me I like to know I can do it on my own first. That way I know what is me and what is the juice when I do hit it.
I don't really see the point in going over 12% bf if you are into bbing anyway.

people told me i was around 16-17% when i started. even if i had a higher bf% i definitly would of still hit the gear because i hit my natural peak and couldnt get past it.

For me personally I didn't so much focus on bodyfat, because that is really relative to the persons genetics. I have always held extra fat and so 15% is pretty dang good for me. What I did make sure to do was train hard with a clean diet for 6 months prior to cycling. I was kind of in a slump and my shoulders were at there worst, so I spent the 6 months ramping up strength and flexibility and really trying to create a balanced, healthy strength that could handle the extra power that would be packed onto it. That would be my biggest advice, make sure your lifestyle, diet and body are ready to truly get the most out of your cycle, whatever your BF% is

Meh, for me it's knowing myself. I'm natually athletic, and when I slack I don't fall that far off. Key for me if dialing in and making sure my body can handle the lifts. No need injuries.

man many people say to lose fat and get atleast to 10-15% before you juice. dude juice it up as long as you are not a fat fuc@#$ slob that has never touched a weight a day in his life, because you would do more harm then good. on the other hand if you have worked out on and off for many years and are in decent shape but a little high on the body fat go at it.it will help you build muscle and burn more calories, and decrease the time it would usually take you to reach your goals as long as while on you have a solid cycle and diet. peace!!!!!!!flame away lol
