What are Your Strange Use of Condiments on Food?

I don't use pancake syrup or Maple syrup on pancakes. I sprinkle brown sugar on them and pour a little bit of cold milk over them.

I used to mix tuna with a little ranch dressing because I can't stand the taste of regular mayo.

Pure Maine maple syrup on fried potato slices too
