what are your favorite chest routines? list the type of motion, number of reps, etc. mine goes as follows-

Chest:
Flat Bench- 3 sets of 8-10 reps
Incline Bench- 3 sets of 8-10 reps
Flat DB- 3 sets of 6-8 reps
Incline DB- 3 sets of 6-8 reps
Chest Fly Machine- 3 sets of 4-6 reps

what could i do to improve this routine? add or subtract anything?
 
Like a bastardized 5x5!

Mon:
Snatches
Squats
Weighted Dips
Bent Rows

Wed:
Overhead Squat
Bench
Deads
Weighted Chins

Fri:
Clean & Jek
Front Squats
Dumbell Bench
Bent Rows

I just started back at the gym 5 weeks ago and I am training chest and tries together once a week.

I do
Flat bench -5 sets of increasing weight wher the last set will be a one rep. set. So far I have been able to really jump reps and wight each week, the weight I do this week for one rep I will get 3 reps next week... (that will end son).
Incline dumbell press - 3 sets (low incline, the lowest the bench will go)
Decline dumbell press - 2-3 sets
Incline flies - 2-3 sets

Then tries.

I tend to stay away from machines as much as possable.
 
what could i do to improve this routine? add or subtract anything?

One of my new favorite excersices for chest is using the cable machine. Don't know its proper name but its basically cable flys standing upright.

(1) Flat Bench press - 3 x 8-6 reps
(2) Incline Bench press - 3 X 8-6 reps
(3) Decline DB flyes - 3 x 8
 
Flat bench - 3 x 8, 2 x 20
Incline bench- 3 x 8, 2 x 20
Decline hammer strength- 4 x 20-30 (feeling the pump, not counting reps)
Flys- 3 x 10, 2 x 20


my chest routine changes every 2-3 weeks, but this is working for me right now.
