What are you training today?

Day off for me. I`m so sore from Fri and Sat workouts. I have`nt been this sore in a long time. I`m upping intensity and really hitting everything hard.

Fri - Legs

Sat - Shoulders/ Arms
 
I am going to go mountain bike, then play a game of 9 hole later on. Maybe 12 or 13 if nobody is watching.

I WAS going to go mountain biking, but some assfuck broke some of the front spokes and I have to wait until monday to get it fixed.

Someone's in for some pain.:mad:
 
Back, biceps, calves....may go back for quads if I have some extra energy.

hey turdr Bur. Are you suggesting you know the entire human body, with its tiny intrinsic muscles. I guess you should teach human ant and phys.
