I have a half quart of rice, with 4 breaded and baked chicken breasts topped with medium spicy homemade style salsa. It has to be a good 800-1000+ cals... yum.

Everyone else?

lol...sounds more interesting than mine bro...2 chix breast and broccoli.

i ate half a box of Raisin Nut Bran today. Damn that shit is tasty. Is cereal (not cocoa puffs or lucky charms, but somewhat "healthy" kinds) bad carb?

xtra lean grd turkey, garlic, onions, stewed tomatoes, basil, oregano, bay leaves, lots of onion and garlic and lots of mushrooms. It's simmering on the stove right now...............

Most cold cereals, even the ones that try to bill themselves as healthy, are pretty highly processed and have a lot of added sugar.
 
two chicken cor don blue or how ever you spell it, 1/4 lbs lasauna, three steak strips, and three glasses of milk mmmm!

usually not but it depends on the cereal. The bran stuff is fairly low GI. Something like rice crispies will have a higher GI and will usually put on more fat via a greater insulin release.

Turkey Chili + 8oz chicken breast + can of tuna + 2 slices fat free cheese + some fat free saltines + habanero sauce + cayenne red pepper
 
A whole lot of chilli (made with ground beef) over a whole lot of white rice, and a quart of milk.
 
Just finished pwo shake 800 or so cals. dinner in a few: two baked potatoes all the fixings and a 16 0z ribeye good times. oh yeah and a quart of milk.
 
a banana, 40oz water, 2 toasted wheat slices holding 1/2lb of extra lean Turkey...cant forget the mayo free...

a cup of kashi

and now ... at 1 in the morning, i think i will finish the chicken in the tin foil...

I had just over a pound of minced pork, a large onion, a carrot, a tin of tomatoes, garlic, herbs, etc and half a pound of pasta with a generous pouring of olive oil. Around 30 oz of milk later with some whey and egg-white powder, maybe 50g.
 
Is dinner your largest meal of the day? Some of y'all are pounding down some serious calories in a single meal. How many times per day do you typically eat?

I been trying for every 2-3 hours, so when dinner comes, 2 chix breasts is about all my stomach can hold.

If I worked out during the day... i continually eat until I sleep. I try to get in as much of whatever I can.

finished up my PWO shake an hour ago.....650 cals including 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream....

about to get on 4 egg whites, 4 oz chicken, lettuce, whole wheat bread, 2 slices no fat cheese, some cottage and maybe a spoonful or two of ANPB. yummy :RADAR
