What are these pills?

My brother gave me these pills, I haven't taken them yet. He said they are Viagra, but they don't have a V on them. I don't know alot about pills so I was curious. They are blue, diamond shaped, one side says 100, the other side says "Z". Maybe their a different brand? Let me know

yeah, I tried em anyways and whatever the heck they were, it worked.....must've been another brand, had to lay down the PIPE!!!
