of me learning how to do a backflip..with practice can i do it...just standing on the ground...at NOC one of the posers did a backflip and it was awsome coming from a 250 mofo....any tips??

I've seen BBers do back-flips....and it just makes me cringe.

Mostly because you KNOW they got confused and thought there was a fitness round or some shit.
