What are the best over-the-counter supplements to use to gain mass??

I'd have to disagree with Nelson on his critique of creatine. Granted it does cause water weight gain, I have definately noticed a strength increase with creatine; water weight or not, and obviously in order to gain weight you must progressively train harder and harder, and increased strength definately helps.

As far as size is concerned, what everyone said here is absolutely true, no substitute for food and lots of it.................to build a house you need bricks.

I've tried several prohormone products, and I will say this, I've noticed definate strength increases while using them (beyond just normal progress), but not really an appreciable size increase.

As far as glutamine goes, I don't take it with the hopes that it will increase muscle size to that extent, I take it for it's anti-catabolic and immune supporting effects, hard training takes it's toll on you.

But like Dennis Miller says "Course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong."

Bought ORGANIC EGGS

After reading Nelson Mandela's post about organic eggs being the most anabolic food one can buy, I dashed to the grocery store and screamed "Organic eggs....I NEED some now!" in the clerk's face. I bought a carton, swallowed the whole thing, and over the next hour my arms grew by 2 inches, and I gained 15 pounds of SOLID muscle. I bought a carton for my down syndrome pal marvin, but, alas, he choked swallowing them and I left him lying in the supermarket parking lot, dying.

Nothing beats those 'Organic eggs'. Yes...indeed...the fact that the chickens are..erm...fed a SLIGHTLY different diet than those bearing regular eggs makes a HUGE difference...it's worth the extra 100 percent markup the 'organic food' company adds to the regular store price...
Yes SIR, nothing beats ORGANIC EGGS.
Hey...how about those organic carrots? 1 pound costs 10 American dollars...they are grown on 'natural soil'.... anabolic??
I haven't been this excited since:
- willow tree bark
- 'hot stuff'
- goat's milk

Force feeding and constant eating. A real pain in the ass

I never realized how much of a problem it would be to eat as much as you have to at my weight (211) to get big. I'm really sick of constantly eating 2-3 hrs. I feel bloated and full all the time and its a real nuisance.

Anyone else has that problem or am i the only one. Any suggestions to make things a little easier
