What Are Some of the Excuses You Have Used to Blow Off Your Workouts?

unfortunately i used this one just yesterday, but its valid....."i cant go to the gym, because my ass hurts from snowboarding, and the added weight when doing sets where ill be sitting down is gonna make the pain in my left cheek unbearable."

Injury, tired, over trained, class, studying, work, etc...

Some times your nervous system needs to rest. I've put off lifting for longer than I'd like to admit, and when I get back into it, I'm stronger than I was on the last work out.:)

I know this might sound like bragging but I don't care :D
For the last 3 years I havn't missed one workout

I go 2 on, 1 off - I havn't changed it up yet

- I go when I'm out of town.
- I go when I feel shitty, sick, hungover...
- I go on holidays :Christmas, My Birthday :cake: New Years day. (Ughh)
- I go when the gym is last place I want to be... (not often) :)
- I go when my GF tells me not to.
- I go when my friends are all going out.
- I go when I've been up all night with University work.

I told myself from the start that if I'm going to start working out I'm going to do it right. I've seen so many people who start only to start ditching workout days and then eventully quit.
Fuck!, It's one hour a day and it makes you feel great when you're done; There should be no excuse for not going.

Do it right, or don't do it at all.
