What are some "nice" ways of telling a woman she is fat??

I was doing a 5x5 and got a ton of growth in my core, legs, and back, but lost a lot in my arms and shoulders. I got kind of busy at work, have been kind of down lately, and let my diet go a bit. I just need to get focused again. I'm over 15%, I'm sure.
 
do you see good results w/ that 5x5? I've never done it.. think it'd be good on cycle? or off cycle schedule?

Sounds like you need to dunk that "tank" you carrying around to be sure on the bf%. :heart:

I had good results with my legs and back, but my upper body lost a bit. I'm off cycle, probably will be for a while. I just prefer to do 4-5 exercises with 3 sets of 6-10 per body part per week. It keeps me looking the way I like.

Like I said, I got stronger and did put some size on, but now I look a little more like a power lifter and less fit.

Thanks, but some goo seems to have attached itself to me in the last couple of weeks. It'll come off, it just sucks when you wake up that one day and really notice it.
 
I'm drinking lots of water to flush all the sodium I just ate out of my system :worried:
