What are good supplements to take?

Hi! I am 5'10" weight 250 pounds. Started my quest for a good body a week and a half ago.

The supplements are currently take are

Whey Low Carb Protein- 40 Grams per day

I also take a Dietary Supplement called "Green Supreme"- 4 Pills... Its a Veggie supplement.

Now, what are some other good supplements I can take?

THanks. I just want to lose weight and look better while gaining muscle, thats all.....lol.

those are the basics tested/tryed/proven

if you have and want to spend a bit more i would go with 30mg zinc and 450 mg magnesium 30 min before bed on empty stomach. PS make sure its not a combo pill with calcium in it, calcium might block zinc absorption.

lets see what else???????? Basic multivitamin (i use animal pak)




IMO everything else is junk tryed them all and hated them but thats just my opinion......

ALA bro, itll help you get away with eating moderate amounts of carbs and still staying in ketosis. give us an idea of your bf%
