What am I doing wrong?

I was on here about 10 weeks ago and got some great advice on how to lose fat in my abdominal area. I've been eating foods with a low glycemic index, and avoiding sugars altogether. Pretty much leans meats, whole wheat breads and pasta, vegetable oils, fruits and veggies. And I eat about 4 meals a day. Drinking plenty of water, and doing weight and cardio 4 times a week. There was great progress the first 6 or 7 weeks, but the last few weeks I reached a point where I couldn't really tell if there was any change or not. I can actually see my abs now, but still have a small layer of fat covering them. The only things I can think of if that I'm eating too many carbs (60/25/15).

60% carbs ?

it is a lot
way too much if you want to cut

Are you continuing to lose weight on the scale? How many calories are you eating and how much do you weigh? How many calories did you start at?

I think you have reached a point at which you need to change your strategy. Maybe if you post some stats people can help you better.

Are you eating wheat pasta or regular? If regular, you might as well be eating wonder bread. Also, fruit has sugar in it. I eliminate fruit when cutting.
