What age are you going to mellow out at?

I was just wondering what everyones thoughts are on what age it's time to mellow out on the gear or at least tone it down. I'm still hitting the gear pretty hard at 45 but sometimes wonder if I should tone it down because of my age. I'm ending my t-bol/test/winny cycle and next cycle is Masteron/test/tren or eq. I never drop the test completely but tone it way down in between heavy cycles. I feel great and get my blood work done regularly but still wonder if I'm getting to old to be hitting it as hard as I do when I do. My training partners are a pro-bodybuilder who last competed a few years ago and is my age and my other training buddy is 15 years younger than me so there is always high motivation in the gym. I guess I just wonder if it's atarting to get to the point where I should worry more about longevity rather than yoked.
 
If your getting blood work done then I see no reason not to contiue as you are. Blood work should show any abnormalities if they start to arise but while everything is working well then go for it.
 
IMO everything you're doing is keeping you young. There's no faster way to get old than by "turning things down" cuz you think that you're old.
 
someone once told me that age is a state of mind, so if you think you're old you're gonna feel old, and act old as well. it's kinda the same concept as "use it or lose it" in my mind. however, if it was me i would stick to test because it's more "natural" not that putting more in your body is natural but since it's naturally occurring i think you catch my drift. one big cycle a year and then concentrate on maintaining the gains i made is what i'll probably do when it comes time for me to think about that. i would also go easy on the orals.
 
However old I am when the drug to inhibit the myostatin gene becomes available.
