What about Yolk less Pasta? What about baked wheat crackers? What about Egg Whites? What about Puff wheat with Skim Milk? What about Baked Plain ALmonds? What about Fat Free Cheese? These are some things I have been eating this past year? Help me critic these and any better solutions.

The closer to natural your food is - the better. Processed crap, such as fat free cheese should be limited or eliminated while cutting (IMHO).

Try whole wheat pasta instead of the no-yolk pasta....try oats instead of Puffed wheat....

I'm not sure about almonds - would they be a good alternative to natty PB or flax? I'm sure someone here can enlighten you on that...

As far as the baked wheat crackers go - you are going to need to eliminate as many carbs as possible while cutting...so I'd skip it.

almonds can definitely replace nat pb.
i'm not sure tho about flax...but it should be okay since they're both good fats.
any kind of nuts can be used as a good source of fat.

Yolk less Pasta? --> whole wheat pasta / oats instead

baked wheat crackers --> no ! rich in salt, fat and carbs !

Egg Whites --> good source of protein

Baked Plain ALmonds --> why baked ? regular almonds are good source of EFAs

Fat Free Cheese --> OK if you reaaly want to eat cheese, skim milk also
