I am a proud owner of the westside package (squat/bench secrets, squat/bench workouts, dead lift secrets)

Is there any point me getting the seminar videos. i imagine a lot of ground is already covered.....is there anything worth gold in the seminar.

also the george hallbert video as well...how does that rate...is there any websites that sell it
