There seems to be alot of these little things that you don't normally notice about Westside training. I'm sure some of you know all of this. I just wanted to see what others have read or noticed.
I'm talking about things such as:
--Occasionally in place of ME upper work, you should do 3 sets of high rep dumbbell presses (all sets around 20 and to failure) for 2 to 4 weeks
--After DE upper, 2 20 rep sets of close-grip bench sometimes
--After ME upper, 2-3 sets of 8-10 DB bench
--You can do extra workouts just with bands for active recovery
--Drop sets after ME
--Very slight increases in poundages on ME days to have more volume in the higher intensities
--High rep stuff can be good for fixing weak points
Any others?
