I posted some schiznit on the training forum, figured I'd post the links here as it is useful for powerlifters and bodybuilders alike, methinks.
If we have learned nothing from the Dave Gulledge/Dave Tate "physical transformations", then hopefully we have learned that POWERLIFTERS ARE FUCKING HUGE.
the "train for mass, not for strength" BS exists because there are a bunch of pansies who want to have muscle size but are too damned lazy to lift heavy.
