Westside Pr!!!

For those of you that follow the Westside "System"...I am curious as to your current PR's in max effort movements. This is NOT a competition...just maybe this will serve as motivation for everyone. Please include bodyweight for comparison.
 
just remember i was a bodubuilder!!!

this is my 3rd week on the WS program. body weight is 191lb. my best bench was 290 before starting the program. 1st week was 2 board press best single was 300 failed at 315. 2nd week was the same. today was only my 3rd ME day. i did incline 4 board press with the green bands i failed at 205 that shit felt like a ton!! green bands are tough as hell for bench or my incline sucks. i almost feel like todays workout was a waste of time but i did strain like hell. i know this is a little off the subject but i don't have much WS behind me yet. anyway i want to see everyone's numbers. dont let these little numbers fool you. they will keep moving up!!!

I dont train westside 100% but i do some of the max effort exercises. So far i have done the following.

4 brd press with green bands 2x looped at the bottom with 565 in weight plus the bands whatever they are.

Green bands suspended from the top of power rack did 4 brd with 700lbs.

floor press 495 for 1 paused

All these exercise i did seperate weeks of course all in preparation for the nationals i did and the bench bash for cash i am doing this coming weekend.

Tried new shirt tonight and got 635lbs (easily) but left it about an inch or two before shooting it to lockout.

Body weight 235lbs. My attempts for this weekend will be 562 opener, 600 2nd , 622 3rd. I feel owe alot if not all my lockout power to the brd presses. They are the best hands down.
 
I just started about 8 weeks ago and I've gained a lot of strength so some of these are outdated... but I'll put them in the order I did them.

Seemed like my sticking point moved up a couple of inches throughout those 8 weeks.
 
GM'd 385 Sunday night...will get 405 here in 2 weeks....after I pull in the mid 7's from 18" this Sunday.
