I dont train westside 100% but i do some of the max effort exercises. So far i have done the following.
4 brd press with green bands 2x looped at the bottom with 565 in weight plus the bands whatever they are.
Green bands suspended from the top of power rack did 4 brd with 700lbs.
floor press 495 for 1 paused
All these exercise i did seperate weeks of course all in preparation for the nationals i did and the bench bash for cash i am doing this coming weekend.
Tried new shirt tonight and got 635lbs (easily) but left it about an inch or two before shooting it to lockout.
Body weight 235lbs. My attempts for this weekend will be 562 opener, 600 2nd , 622 3rd. I feel owe alot if not all my lockout power to the brd presses. They are the best hands down.
