me and some lifing friends are going to start a giant mudhole out in the woods near where we live. We will do this once a month. We will bring 500lbs of plates with us and a bunch of barbells. Also, a ton of meat and beer and wine. For like hours and hours well choose one bodypart to destroy. FOr example, we might end up doin 50 sets of heavy squats until you vomit or cant stand up, or deadlifts all day. Get a bunch of strong mother fuckers and guys that can push shit out of you. After hours of shocking a destroying your body, you will now be allowed to get piss drunk, eat all you want, get some pussy and then fall asleep. Anyone want in?
 
I'd go for it. The lifting till you puke, eating all you want and pussy sounds good. But you can keep the drink. Alcohol blunts your bodies production of testosterone by stopping the hormones from your pituitary that stimulate your testicles to produce testosterone. But other then that it sounds like a lot of fun. And I have found I can fuck a lot more if I don't drink.

I think you are not living in reality. Where does it say "eating crap?" Eating as much as you want isn't the same as eating crap. And working out until you throw up is very common for real athletes. Arnold said he has thrown up many times. I guess you just drink a lot don't you.
 
its actually true that your gh levels are highest during a period of nausea in the gym. when we all lift together we try to push each other to that point everytime, then eat as much as possible. it works.
