I went to the Rodeo/Bull Blow Out last Saturday night and man...talk about a crazy sport.

A 140 pound guy pays $55 to get on the back of a 2k pound pissed off animal and try to ride it...

Out of 40 people only 4 had a full 8 second ride...

I know of ONE member of Elite that HAS rode a bull before (gosh, I may just post the pic...lol) but I'd think that it be about the same as taking your truck down the highway at 70mph and throwing the steering wheel out the window...

you couldn't pay me enough...my ex g/f's dad has a farm with a few big bulls....first time i saw them i was driving her dads jeep with 3 kids in it, they told me to get as close as i could to it, i did thinking they just wanted to look at it closer, the thing was as big as the JEEP...i didn't know this was what they did for fun, but one of the kids takes out a woofle bat and hits the thing as hard as he could, and believe me, it got pissed, and i got out of there fast....i was scared, and the 3 little kids were laughing there butts off....there is something wrong with that.

This is on my list of things to do. Every year a bro and I do something over the edge. Last year was driving a NASCAR race car at Dover. Upcoming is Skydiving. WTF bull riding should be a piece of cake.

LOL - the hubby is an ex bullrider. It has been about 16 years but last year a bunch of us were in a bar that had a mechanical bull and some of his buddies paid for him to ride it. I thought he would get his butt handed to him but he can still do it.

actually yes as I have treated several. lots of ligament laxity and diffuse degenerative joint disease. bad news in many cases. the only necks worse than rodeo performers are demolition derby drivers. When youre making an omelet, recollect the sound it makes when you separate and pull apart the halves of an egg after it's initially cracked. this one guy every time he turns his head I can hear that noise. come to think of it, everyone else hears it also.
