The water was really, really high so the falls weren't as prevalent as usual.

It's more like a jagged network of channels between large islands with rapids. There is this one formation called "the aqueduct dam" but you don't really see it well from the MD side.

We saw some little salamanders running around in the rocks and then we saw this big fat ugly gnarly snake chilling on a huge log. Fucking eww.
