Went from 165-180 on test. Will I lose it all if I stop ALL AAS?

definitely run a solid pct with a good diet and dont slack on your training..

no reason you cant still gain naturally at 180lbs

you shouldnt lose more than 10-15% if you're diet is really good and you have good PCT prepared.
