its a good thing i didnt quit my job in favor of this new one.id have been real fucked then.

it turns out they can only offer me part time/on call stuff which in the end is like 1000 a month and I just cant live on that,im really disappointed as i did my volunteer shift today and really liked it,then as i was getting ready to leave the director pulled me aside and informed me they were mistaken in telling me I would get full time pay/hours.

looks like its back to my shit job i hate,yay
 
thats definately something i have skills in,for now i think i need a few days to get over being pissed off about this and do what i need to do.

i think ill make a few phone calls tomorrow to some guys i know im the EP business
 
Armorgroup has courses as well. I can ask some other shooters for more places too. You should start training now and aquire the skills needed.

You need to realize that through the courses you would gain necessary skills as well as meet contacts.
 
definately something to think of,ill need to do a few more jobs for the company im with first to get the money

If it is something you are serious about you should be taking some MMA courses and learning unarmed defense now, I am sure you can find a range near you that will rent a handgun to learn on.

Yup. That's why I said what a bunch of unprofessional fucks.

I'd be PISSED... that's a fuck up of astronomical proportions. Yeah he didn't quit his old job - but most peeps do - they could have really fucked things up good.
 
ya it certainly was,id have been awfully pissed if i quit my current job for this,luckily ive got some time off,might even lead to a lay off,in that case in going to get my shit together for my corrections application and get back in shape.

right now im just really disappointed,i dont blame anyone here shit happens and i know it makes more sense to have alot of part time / on calls as opposed to more fulltimes and have to pay for benifits.

life goes on i guess

I am far above average, I don't work in an office, I am a rockstar and I do party like one - not so much anymore now that I have little girl...

But yeah.. I'm white, but I have a hella nice tan right now...

lol well i do play some guitar hero when im home,which is pretty rare lately,but im not the skinny turd or a huge fat wad either thank god.


DB-ya bro its definately a kick in the nuts,i was really excited about having a job where i could be at home and have a life,plus enjoy what im doing,guess it wasnt meant to be.

well this just keeps getting fucked up.

my friend who works there as a supervisor said they will low ball me and offer me the least ill take so they save money but since they are desperate for male staff if i lay it out there for the director they will likely negotiate to get me.

WTF, this has been a stressful day
 
well i got a new offer,its no longer oncall/part time its part time which is more money and set hours so im going to take it. might be working 5-6 days a week but thats ok i really want to give this a go.

im far less pissed this morning
 
Get that shit in writing .... get an offer letter.

This groupd doesn't seem to have their shit together.
 
oh dont worry dude,im getting the offer letter and still not quitting my other job until i know whats going on here.

im on lay off right now so i can afford to test the waters here
