i have huge traps too, just didnt get a shot. the batteries in the camera were dying so i had to hurry up to get these taken. i guess i could try to get some some other time.

im suprised i kept even this piddly amount of size after stopping training everything except tri's and bench for 8 weeks and having a horrible diet.

i swear to god in the morning on an empty stomach i can see little lumps that might be abs. lol
 
haha, i appreciate the compliments. thanks. once i get my diet down and get my traning figured out, i will be back to where i WAS during the summer. its a huge step from these pics.

too bad i couldnt get some leg shots. my calves are as big as my arms, and my quads are a little bit more flat than normal
 
You're about 3x the size I was at that age bro, you have some serious potential to be a freak!
 
Dude, you're huge for 15 not to mention just terribly strong too.. Ya know what's sad, when I graduated High School in 96 I was about 105 pounds smaller than you are now..LOL And that was at 6ft Tall..... Well I managed to double my bodyweight over the next 4 years.. And am now back down to about a lean 235.. It kinda scarred me when I pictured you doing the same and doubling your bodyweight over the next few years...... Ouch.. Almost gave me chills to think how strong you would be.......

as for your stats, you are very over weight.this is not a flame. your arms aren't 19" at all, at least not the conventional 19", which is hard and cut. all of your stats are exaggerated because of your weight.

whoever said you have the genetics for turning pro, that is a stretch and a half. if i could recommend anything it might be trying to get down closer to 200, probably a more comfortable 190. 245 is not near your ideal weight, not even close.

i think where you are is great for your age and i wish you the best of luck in future training, but alittle dieting isn't going to bring out your abs and 16 to 18% bodyfat is way off. this is not a flame just my opinion, no intentions of getting you upset. this is criticism, 100% honest. good luck.

Do alittle reading, he said he was 16-18% bf when he was 14yrs old hes 15 now and they are 17in arms.Know what you say before you say it, he never claimed to have 19 inch guns and he never said he was thin, he was thinking about BB or PL and he posted these pics at your request.

He has good size for his age, What am I saying I am his age and my arms are 14 flexed cold. Hes huge in a good way he has an excellent base he can already bench 300. with a proper diet and training he could keep the strength and the muscle mass he has now, then bulk and build them up more.

Thats my suggestion to you jeremy, diet down lean up and then maybe bulk again, you will get alot better gains geared towards muscle instead of more fat. Goodluck Bro.

yeah, I'm his age and I can bench 100, dead 180 and weigh 145, so I'm not going to put him down, I think in a couple years we might have anouter B Fold on our hands.
 
thanks for clearing that up cobin. i DID have 19" arms, pumped. but, as i've said numerous times, my diet went to shit and i started training differently. i also screwed my back up and could only do bench work for the past 9 weeks.

i'm not making excuses, just giving you the background info you must've skipped over

i want to BB. but i also want to raise my bench at nice intervals. so, i thought of something like this.

sun - DE bench, forearms
mon - squats(some sort of periodization), legs, abs
tue - ME bench, forearms
wed - chest, shoulders, bi's
thur - off
fri - back, tri's, traps/neck
AR band work whenever i'm sore

anybody got some suggestions on this?

oh and cobin, thanks for suggesting cottage cheese and stuff on the other thread. i forgot all about cheap sources of protin until you and spatts reminded my dumb ass

Looks good, just watch out and make sure your not overtraining, I think it can work, PL and BB split in one, I am sure you will reap beneifits of both. Np, I look at prices alot when I or my parents buy food. I don't like them to spend to much on me seprately just because I am training but they will, I am really lucky to have them. I think you will be able to get good amounts of food in whatever you are able to get. I am now pretty used to the idea of eating cottage cheese, I can eat it without making faces. Now I need to get use to my protein powder ( Bought it off ebay 26bucks with shipping for 5lbs) but the guy sent the wrong flavor (Vannila Ice Cream Yuck) but it was better than 40 at gnc. Keep us updated.
 
i actually got the info i posted from his previous post, the title was "sigh". you guys can scroll down and check it out, it's half way down the page. he said he was 235, 16 to 18%bf, and 18.5" arms (sorry i rounded up to 19").

i didn't put him down either, you can reread my post again. i gave honest criticism. i am not apologizing for my post, i said nothing wrong nor was i insulting. i gave my opinion. i happen to have worked with all-american athletes his age with similar lifts (some benching 320 at 15 and 16 weighing 170, others weighing 250 hitting 400 at 17/18). i said what he did and is doing is great but it is nothing i haven't seen from athletes in much better condition. sorry for having alittle experience with athletes his age that you guys will be watching on saturday and sunday in the future, but that is my profession and i take it very serious and his #'s don't shock me nor are they unheard of. here's a crazy lift, 16 year old wrestler, 135 pounds, 260 for 3. 240 benching 300 is great for his age, not amazing.

he is doing great and should be congragulated. i think he would be more successful reaching a healthier weight and working from there.

it was never meant as a flame, to all those who took it that way, reread my post.

thaibox - he has the genetics for being pro? and i am pulling things out of my ass? sure.

if he was 17 or 18 people would be saying lose weight, because he's 15 everyone seems to be blowing him. honesty is all i posted, and it was constructive at that so let's leave it alone.
 
i think it would be unwise to try too hard to lose weight at my age. what i'm doing is taking advantage of probably the best time in my life to grow. i can lose whatever i dont need later.

could i drop 20-30 pounds and still hit the same numbers? probably. if i keep PLing, i could probably have a 400# bench before my 16th b-day. this would surpass your description of a few all-american lifters. however, i dont want to lose weight. not until it starts becoming a problem.

i wish i had pics of during the summer. during the winter i was 200 lbs, 14% fat, and i thought i looked much leaner during the summer at 225 lbs. then as i've said a jillion times now, i stopped BB training and got a shitty diet, so naturally i lost LBM. because of muscle memory and hopefully a fixed diet, you'll be seeing some major improvement pics probably within the month. i gain that quick.

the only reason i'm not all-american is because i dont have my shit together yet, i have to wait a couple years for natural test to really kick in, and i have to make up my mind if i wanna PL or not.

thanks for trying to give me some honest criticism though

you have the right mentality, take advantage of your age in regards to "growing" (muscle)

fat is much easier to lose than muscle is too gain

when i weighed about 195 i ran the mile in 7.50. i stopped 3 times to tie my shoe. i can do quite a few pushups. i'm too tired to try right now. i'll let ya know tomorrow or in a couple days. i used to be able to do 13 pullups at 195 lbs too...but now i can do a cheated 5. lol

i also used to be very good at short sprints. even as a really fat kid in grade school, i was one of the fastest. i havent run more than a mile in probably 1/2 year now. come to think of it, i dont run at all anymore
 
i used to be very clumsy. now i have fast reflexes. just because i wanted to have fast reflexes, i got them somehow. i honestly believe i have the genetics and determination to do anything i want. this probably sounds retarded when you look at the pics i posted, but just wait a couple weeks. hehe
