Ok, bear with me here guys:
I flew to New York last week for my brothers graduation, no naturally on the 5 hour plane ride I brought my mini-disc player to pass the time. The thing is, the only disc I brought with me was my lifting music disk which consists of "Bulls on Parade" over and over
(I know, sounds lame, but I feel it is the best song for working out)
So I just press play and eventually fall asleep...and when I wake up which happens to be about 4 hours later, the music is still playing and almost all of my muscles were PUMPED!!!! I could not believe it, my arms felt like I had just finished my bicep routine...my chest was pumped too!
Thats not all, when I woke up the next morning in the hotel, my arms and chest were sore...the kind of soreness you get when you dont stretch prior to lifting. Seriously freaked me out.
What do you dudes think? I feel it is another example of how important the mind is in bodybuilding...but thats just me!
