Hey bros,

I am about to start a 50mg per day for 50 day anavar cycle. I have been using variations of the same workout for a long time. I am 5'9" 178 lbs at 14%. I am going to lift and do 450 cals of cardio in 30 mins 5 days per week. I wanted to entertain some new options for workouts and I was wondering if there are any super threads with a bunch of workout and summaries of their main goals. Any help is greatly appreciated and karma will be given. Thanks a lot guys. Oh yea I am probably going to float around 2500 cals per day with 200+ in protein.

what are your goals for lifting? you know you're not gonna gain much weight with the var, its mainly a strength thing
