What are they, saw them in the single factor 5x5 thread. Also with single factor on wensday when were suppose to do deadlifts do we do 5x5 with a single weight or build up the weights just like other days?
You ramp weights on deads just like all the others.
Hypers - normal and 45 degree. Start with bodyweight if you've never done them and gradually work to where you are holding a plate against your chest with your arms crossed. I think Glenn or someone had a neat harness to add heavier weights more easily but this is likely more than enough for now. You don't want to be doing 5x5 on these.
