I have been lifting hard on anf off for about 6 years. I started out mainly for bodybuilding but now leaning twards powerlifting. I work about about 3 times a week when I can. I have never worked out in a gym. I have a souple buddies and we work ont in one of there basements. We have never had any type or routine, we just kinda lift when we think needs to be worked on that night. I have heard you need a good routine to have much success. Does anyone have a good rotine I could try. Also, I have never worked legs, never had a place to. We now have a squat rack. I feel confident with my bench, its up around 275 but everything else isn't worth talking about. Any tips would be a huge help!!!
 
Listen to Grimm there are alot of workouts on the boards and you should also check most of the links posted b/c they lead to good workouts mainly westside b/c alot on this board have switched to westside. I personally did 6 weeks ago and am maxing tommorow to see how I like it. So far I've found my weak points and that's the whole point of westside to find a weak point and bring it up. Good luck.
