Hey guys im really getting back into free weights since my injury is gone and I dont have to use the manual weights.
Well since im trying to bulk and get strength I was wondering if any of you can link up a site with training videos.
anything from bench to skull crushers. I just want to watch and make sure I am working more on form and what not.
I know im a small build 6'0 168 right now.
I try and leave my ego at the door and always do except on chest days. I dont really have a strong chest and I hate to admit to all the EF'ers out there how i can hardly bench 115 (35 on each side)
I struggle to do it and am wondering how come I am doing so. Maybe I'm not contracting a muscle or have the right grip.
Maybe i Just need to really work on it or try different excersises.
I always get so judgemental on Chest days and sometime i try and make an excuse to my friend that I can't go.
So tldr;
I am looking for videos of different spots (bench,squat,etc) so i can get perfect form and looking to up my bench asap.
* I feel the building block of bench pres sis 135 and I used to be able to do that before injury.
Thanks
