Weight lifting or circuit training

For fat loss the most important thing is Diet.

I would go with Diet + Weight Training (to maintain muscle mass) + any type of Cardio (to increase the caloric deficit and conditioning).

It's basic and it works.

This is great advice. I agree with this completely
 
Get into a caloric deficit every single day and any exercise will help. I like the idea of doing a bunch of different things.
