Weight gainer 2200?

My dad bought me that big thing of it?
will it help with me weightlifting and playing football (highschool every day)

i make a big glass of it with milk should i only drink it once in morning and thats it or onc ein morning once ina fternoonn or wut?
 
It has a lot of carbs and will bulk you up with not only muscle, but probably fat too. Unless, you are thin, stick with straight protein, low carbs.
 
The best weight gainer I ever tried was ProBlend Solid Gains-- because although the carbs were high, the sugar was low (6g per 100g Carbs 60gs Protein). Trust Geoffgarst with the advice unless that weight gainer is low in sugar-- with all the running you are probably doing, the carbs will give you energy-- the sugar will only slow you down. (ie: simple carbs not as good as complex)
