Weight Gain

I know I going to get crap for this but I do have a friend who has problem putting on weight. I have the opposit problem but that's another story. Any how he's been working out for a while and is 26 yrs of age 5 '8' 145 lbs and 9% body fat. He can eat bowls of pasta pizza anything and he just can't put the weight on after alot of thought he wants to try a cyle that will give him a chance to add 20 lbs he would love to be around 165 Lbs. This will be his first cycle what do people recomend he take.

We need more info about "your friend"

More importantly we need to know his current diet.

Diet is the most important thing, and I can attest to it 100%. I can't put on weight for shit. Its so hard for me. I sit on the couch I lose 5 pounds. However since I've gotten the concept down (at least a general grasp on how to diet properly), I've been able to consistantly put lean pounds on slowly.

So from personal experience, I know that it can be done without resorting to doing a cycle.

Unless he's hell-bent on doing a cycle already, let us help set him up a good diet program to achieve his goals. :coffee:
 
i had this friend that had a friend that got some information from his friend and he said that his wifes sisters baby's daddy told him test e was always good for a first cycle. but not without tons of research prior and pct. listen to these guys bro dial in that diet first!!!

Per your experience with him...do you really think he eats like he should? 6-8 meals a day 1.5g of protein per lbs, 7-8g of carbs or more per lbs? Is he eating to grow...bowls of pasta or pizza or "anything" really doesnt paint the picture...

He's orignanly from Albania his brother works out all the time his brother is 5 "8 210 no problem putting on weight. For the last 4 months he's been working out with him hard taking weight gainer and protein. He's been eating bowls of pasta and so on eating a big breakfest everything. Just wants a little help anything you think he can take. I know most people always try to steer people away from using but he's a big boy and he's ready.

2tbsp. of all natural peanut butter 6x/day in addition to his regular diet, I gurantee you he'll gain weight.

Exactly. He is not ready. All he needs to do is dial in his diet. If he ups his cals to let say 4000 per day I don't care if he has a giant tapeworm, he'll gain weight. That is just a fact. If he eats exactly like he is right now and hops on some test he won't gain at all, that I guarantee as well. He may gain some water weight but that's not really gaining and will disappear as soon as he gets off. Trust me bro you uhmm I mean "your friend" need to eat. When I hear, "I eat tons of pasta and I take protein powders" I know the person has no clue in regards to diet and if you don't understand diet you have no business messing with sauce. Take Mr X's advice and eat natty peanut butter 3-4x per day. Great source of quality fats.
 
all my throwers claimed they couldnt gain weight and told me stories of how much they ate and i said eat a super thick pb sandwich before bed (with like 3/4" of pb) everyday. several who did that gained 20 pounds in just a few weeks.

bro thats not the kind of weight you want to gain regardless who you are.

Up calories to 5000-6000 per day. Test E 500mg Wk, Eq 400mg Wk

Ya I was talking to his grandmas sisters uncles mistress last week.
Smart ass. ha good stuff.
 
there is no way that he is eating enough. 4000-5000cals a day, post up his diet and how he is getting these calories. i gaurantee if he really eats like this which is not easy he will get bigger. i was on test e and deca only taking in 3500 cals because i wasn't giving 110%. i am gaining more weight now naturally because i am eating like its my cycle. i was 6 2 125 when i started and am up a 50 lbs from that. i have a 28 inch waist and am as much an ecto as anyone. i used to say i eat as much as i can and i was full of shit. aas is not magic
