I know I going to get crap for this but I do have a friend who has problem putting on weight. I have the opposit problem but that's another story. Any how he's been working out for a while and is 26 yrs of age 5 '8' 145 lbs and 9% body fat. He can eat bowls of pasta pizza anything and he just can't put the weight on after alot of thought he wants to try a cyle that will give him a chance to add 20 lbs he would love to be around 165 Lbs. This will be his first cycle what do people recomend he take.
