I am currently in my 5th week of an Ara Eq D-bol cycle. I have gained around 12 lbs. which isnt too bad because I started the EQ on week 3 and it should be kicking in soon. My problem is getting enuff calories. I work graveyard shift and on the days that I work I sleep all day and go with no calories for like 12 hours and then when I try to make up for it I eat alot of unclean calories at work. I am wondering if weight gainer will help. I know they are said to have alot of sugar in them but it isnt too bad compared to the protein and calories you take in....right?
