Weight gain after using letrozole or Nolvadex

has anyone experienced this? I think I gain weight uncontrollably after use of letrozole and possibly nolvadex too. I always thought I read how you're supposed to lose water weight when on either one of those and get ripped which i think only works while I'm on them and then rebounds right as a stop. More then rebounds i guess, I gain weight.

could be many things..but if your overusing any ai you will lose weight and be very dry..you quit usieng it your gonna have some estrogen and water come back..your body is gonna alwasy have a lil bit

Letrozole has always caused me to hold much less water.

Say I'm at 250 when I start using letro, I drop 5lbs right after. After I stop the letro I bump up to 260 for month of longer and then it slow starts to dissapear.

estrogen rebound. start nolva 3 days before you stop the letro. it will help with the rebound.

Yes you are getting estrogen rebound. It happens if you do not tapper down off og them. Even more to with nolvadex then letro.
