weekly workouts, what is most efective!

i'd like to know some peoples workouts, how many times they lift a body part in 1 week and how many times a week do you lift. also, if you are on shit do you train more and when do you consider it over training.

I hit each bodypart once per week 6-12 sets to absolutely total failure.

Nope! When i experience a burnout, i take a week off before resuming. Very seldom i will go light w lots of reps, it depends on how i feel/but most of the time Esp during summer its training balls to the wall.

I do that as well, and maybe it's my age, but I seem to burn out much faster now. I'm sure being in andropause isn't helping me out much either. Even with HRT my levels are just barely in the 300ish range.
 
I usually take 4 capsules of a diet stack & 2 no doze and i'm ready to blitz!

Ah, you are supercharged! I have to watch the stimulants as I have a tendancy towards high blood pressure as it is.

Man............I do the same thing (4 days week 1 hour pre-w/o). I hate the fact that I've been doing this for so long now that I NEED this or my energy levels are SHIT! :(
 
The thing with me (And i know its strange) is Even tho i get amped up on the diet stack & No Doze (200mg caffine)
2 cups of coffee in the morning knocks me out cold.zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
