Tues- back/tris (am)
Wedn- legs/shoulders - (am) calves, abs, cardio (pm)
Thurs- off
Friday- chest, calves, abs, cardio (pm)
Sat-legs
Sun- off
Sometimes hit cardio a fourth day on a day off
